REMOTE STARTER INTERFACE MODULES

Almost every modern day vehicle out there requires some sort of interface module to integrate with the vehicles factory electrical system when adding a remote starter. Very rarely does a vehicle nowadays not need such parts. Be wary of places out there that use "sub par" products, we only use ADS interface modules which are an industry leader.
And run for the hills if any shop asks you go give up an ignition key because they need to install it in a "keybox" to make the remote starter work. Guess what... alls it takes is a few minutes for that thief to find that key and they can drive off. There are only a handful of vehicles out there where you would ever be requried to do this nowadays. A few years ago, before these data modules came out it was more of a common thing to have to give up an igniton key.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT REMOTE STARTERS

They will not "automatically void" your vehicles warranty despite what your car dealer may tell you. (read our FAQ for full details on this subject)
Not all systems are created equal! Sure, you may see those ads on the side of the road for $99 remote starters, or perhaps you may have seen them for sale at autozone, target, or sears, but are they really something you want installed in your car? probably not.

Remote starters are equally as usefull in warm weather! when it's a scorching hot summer day start up your car and let the A/C cool it down before you get in!

Systems can be removed from your vehicle when it comes time to sell your car or return a leased vehicle!

The factory remote will still function as normal so you can wrap up the new remotes, give them as a gift, and they will receive a fully functioning remote starter without the need to setup an appointment to get it installed!
